Maxpert Coordinator (Contract: 1 March – 31 March 2026)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to support and monitor Maxperts' daily operations, ensuring timely order completion and excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, monitor, and coordinate Maxperts to ensure completion of work orders.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to Maxperts on site; escalate to Technical Support Level 2 when necessary.
  • Manage customer communications regarding Maxpert arrival times through pre-call alerts and keep customers informed at all times.
  • Escalate operational issues (e.g., return orders, non-standard installations, unreachable customers, or postponements) to the Maxis operations team.
  • Ensure all orders are closed in the FSM portal upon completion.
  • Prepare basic daily reports to track operations.
