Department of Corrections NZ in Thames invites a dedicated Community Work Supervisor to oversee community sentence projects across schools, reserves, Marae and community groups. The role emphasises mentoring, collaboration and a firm-but-fair leadership style.

You will engage with diverse communities, apply tikanga and te reo Māori where appropriate, solve problems, inspire others and support participants to build confidence and wellbeing.
