Part time Cleaning Supervisor

Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cardiff Crown Court, CF10 3PG on a permanent basis working 17.5 hours per week. Salary of £12,194.00 per annum and benefits package are offered.

Shift Pattern

Monday – Friday, 15:30 – 19:00

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning standards to meet contractual obligations.
• Support in self‑auditing to maintain standards.
• Assist with stock management and ordering.
• Deliver toolbox talks.
• Lead and motivate the cleaning team, maximizing their potential.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Organise cover for sickness and annual leave.
• Ensure all company policies are followed.
