Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- General knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate
- Ability to multi-task and perform various duties, including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Able to converse and communicate in the English Language
- 0-1 years of experience in BPO/CSR
- Able to work on the night shift
- Able to work on-site
- Willing to be part of part-time/contract type work
Schedule:
- Training Schedule: February 09-20, 2026
- Live Schedule: February 27- March 14, 2026
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday @ 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8 hours x 5 days)
