Key Responsibilities

  • General knowledge of Windows-based applications
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to multi-task and perform various duties, including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Able to converse and communicate in the English Language
  • 0-1 years of experience in BPO/CSR
  • Able to work on the night shift
  • Able to work on-site
  • Willing to be part of part-time/contract type work

Schedule:

  • Training Schedule: February 09-20, 2026
  • Live Schedule: February 27- March 14, 2026
  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday @ 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8 hours x 5 days)
