Part-Time Case Manager at Good Shepherd

Join Good Shepherd as a part-time Case Manager on Fridays and Saturdays. You'll develop a caseload to support residents, conducting assessments and improving their quality of life.
This role requires a commitment to the mission values of Good Shepherd, a post-secondary education in a related field, and knowledge of issues impacting women, trans, and non-binary individuals. You will observe health and safety regulations and work independently in a rewarding environment, requiring some physical tasks and adherence to privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a caseload of residents
• Complete intake and assessments for each resident
• Design an interview schedule evaluating quality of life
• Maintain confidentiality of client and Centre records
• Adhere to Good Shepherd health and safety rules
