As a Senior Brand Ambassador, your role will revolve around connecting with guests in dynamic retail settings. You'll leverage the AEO Selling Model to help shoppers find exactly what they need while sharing your enthusiasm for product details and the AEO loyalty program. Your ability to adapt across various store zones will be key, as will your commitment to resolving guest concerns innovatively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Make tailored product suggestions based on guest needs
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to customers
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest issues proactively while following policies
Requirements:
• Energetic with a love for customer interaction
• Retail experience is preferred
