Job Description
I am seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper Assistant to support our team in managing the daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities of multiple clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will be able to understand each client's business operations to accurately allocate transactions.
Responsibilities:
•Enter and match bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online (and occasionally QuickBooks Desktop) against bank/credit card activity and statements.
•Record journal entries as needed.
•Reconcile monthly bank and credit card accounts.
Qualifications:
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Self-motivated and able to work independently.
•Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus).
Work Schedule
•Afternoon Pacific Time hours: 2:00–6:00 PM or 3:00–7:00 PM.
