RooFix Services Inc. is a full service roofing company based in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and practical person to join our office team in a part-time administrative role.
This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, approximately 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm daily.
This role would be ideal for somebody with previous office administration experience who is comfortable handling phones, supporting office operations, and assisting with light HR and administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Assisting clients, property managers, and service crews
- General office administration and filing
- Data entry and database updates
- Assisting with invoicing and collection of payments
- Assisting with employee paperwork and company policies
