RooFix Services Inc. is a full service roofing company based in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and practical person to join our office team in a part-time administrative role.

This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, approximately 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm daily.

This role would be ideal for somebody with previous office administration experience who is comfortable handling phones, supporting office operations, and assisting with light HR and administrative duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Assisting clients, property managers, and service crews
  • General office administration and filing
  • Data entry and database updates
  • Assisting with invoicing and collection of payments
  • Assisting with employee paperwork and company policies
  • Assisting with onboarding and light HR support
