Requirement
- Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc.).
- Detail oriented, commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and organized.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibility
- Post accounts transaction timely & accurately.
- Handle sales collection data entry & reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly statement to malls management and corporate customers.
- Handle outlet operation arrangement.
- Carry out all the administrative work as assigned.
