Requirement

  • Possess Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc.).
  • Detail oriented, commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude and organized.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibility

  • Post accounts transaction timely & accurately.
  • Handle sales collection data entry & reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly statement to malls management and corporate customers.
  • Handle outlet operation arrangement.
  • Carry out all the administrative work as assigned.
