Part-Time Academic (CUPE Instructors for Nursing) - Fall 2026

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The School of Nursing is now accepting applications for multiple CUPE Instructor positions (SIM/Lab Instructors, Tutorial Leads, Clinical Instructors) for the fall term of year 2026 (September 8 – December 4, 2026). Instructors are responsible for teaching and supervising BScN students who provide direct client care in clinical settings, work in a clinical skills and simulation lab or tutorial group setting. Tasks include lab demonstrations, marking and proctoring term tests and final examinations, and evaluating assignments.

Access to a computer (no tablet/iPad/phone) with a working internet connection to run Microsoft Teams for online meetings and instruction is required. Clinical Instructors will report to the instructor of record for their course and work under the protection of CUPE Collective Agreement 3912 – Dalhousie University.
