**GENERAL SUMMARY:** Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform and supervise maintenance tasks to keep grounds, facilities, equipment and buildings in parks, right-of ways and public places well maintained; and perform other duties as assigned. Duties may involve plumbing; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; landscape and turf area maintenance; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs.
