Town of Coalhurst - Parks & Facilities Lead
The Parks & Facilities Lead is a senior operational role responsible for coordinating and actively participating in the maintenance, operation, and continual improvement of Town-owned parks, green spaces, buildings, and public facilities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position provides hands‑on leadership to seasonal staff while promoting safety, efficient service delivery, and collaboration with all town staff. This role combines supervisory responsibility with field‑based work and supports cross‑departmental operations, including emergency and after‑hours response.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and oversee maintenance of parks, playgrounds, green spaces, buildings, and municipal facilities.
