The Alberta Children's Hospital is a warm & vibrant workplace with team members, youth, families, staff & physicians partnering together to provide service to the children and families in inpatient units & ambulatory clinics. Reporting to the manager of the Integrated Complex Care Service at the ACH, the Family Resource Specialist – Complex Care is primarily responsible for providing community resource navigation and supports to families caring for children with very complex, chronic, and social needs. This role collaborates closely with the Care Coordinators on the Complex Care Team and is an integral member of the development and sustainability of this new program at ACH.
