• Working Knowledge of MS office products
• Data Migration: Data Loader, Workbench, etc.
• Working Knowledge of Middleware: JItterbit/Mulesoft
• Knowledgeable on data loader
• Knowledgeable about Salesforce Object Query language (SOQL) & Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
• Experience in Integration of applications with other applications, emphasizing the Web Services or other integration method.
• Knowledgeable about Service Cloud and Call center functionality.
• Experience in Salesforce data security and organizational hierarchy for sales and service.
