Team Global Express is seeking a hands‑on Parcels Manager to lead the Christchurch operation. You will direct daily planning, lead the team, and ensure safe, efficient freight movement while meeting performance standards.

You will drive labour deployment, coach staff, and collaborate with site leaders to achieve DIFOT goals and continuous improvement across safety, service and quality metrics.
