Paraplanner / Marketing Specialist

Overview

The Paraplanner / Marketing Specialist role is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position on a night shift at Cloudstaff. The candidate will support retirement planning client services while coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role is available to applicants in any of the following locations: Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, or Cebu.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Administrative Support

• Track and monitor annuities and life insurance contracts; accurately enter and maintain data in Less Annoying CRM.
• Proactively monitor client accounts and alert clients when allocation changes are required.
• Set and manage appointments with prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare meeting summaries, paperwork, and supporting materials prior to client appointments.
