Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Grasshopper/Rhino developer to build a parametric zoning compliance modeling tool that evaluates residential properties under configurable zoning rules. Users should be able to enter parcel dimensions and zoning parameters in Google Sheets (minimum lot size, lot width, front/side/rear setbacks, maximum coverage, height limits, FAR, etc.), and the system should sync those inputs to automatically generate buildable envelopes, calculate house-to-house separation using a critical adjacency rule (each property must provide its full required side setback), and produce a clear numeric compliance summary. The tool must support dynamic, side-by-side parameter scenarios (changing multiple inputs simultaneously to compare outcomes) and generate clean 2D visualizations in Rhino that update as inputs change.
