Transylvania County EMS is the primary 911 emergency medical services provider for Transylvania County, located in the scenic mountains of Western North Carolina. Headquarters is located in Brevard, NC, with a secondary station in the Quebec community. We operate:

• Three ALS Paramedic ambulances during the day
• Two ALS Paramedic ambulances at night
• An on-duty Supervisor assigned to an additional ambulance for enhanced response and transport capabilities.
