Relevant Experience :

Must Have Skills :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Experience working with SharePoint, ShareDrive, or database management systems.

Good Have Skills :
1. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
2. Exposure to Legal Operations or Records Management.
3. Familiarity with Luminance or similar contract management platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage and maintain global contract records and databases.
2. Monitor the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and new contracts.
3. Support the Global Legal Team, General Manager – Legal, and Senior Paralegal with contract-related information.
