Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate documents .
• Assisting with estate planning and administration .

• Preparing and filing court and HMRC forms related to probate and tax matters.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, trustees, and external parties.
