The Opportunity
We are partnering with, a leading global bank, to hire a Legal Executive (Master Agreements) to join their expanding UK CIB Legal team in Glasgow .
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal, law graduate, or junior lawyer to build a career in investment banking legal , working on complex derivatives and trading documentation within a highly collaborative, international environment.
You will play a key role in negotiating and delivering master agreements that support a wide range of global trading activities.
Key Responsibilities
Master Agreement Negotiation & Execution
- Negotiate and draft a variety of trading agreements including:
- ISDA Master Agreements & CSAs
- GMRA, EFET and clearing documentation
