1. Insurance & Risk Management Support:
End-to-End Certificate Management: Responsibility for the issuance, verification, and control of insurance certificates for providers, landlords, and third parties, ensuring contractual compliance at all times. Portfolio & Policy Administration: Operational oversight of the company’s insurance program. This includes maintaining updated Policy Summaries (Sumarios), monitoring renewal dates, and ensuring asset valuations are correctly documented.
