  • Prepare accurate, well‑structured submissions for Fair Trading and relevant Tribunals.
  • Coordinate documentation, timelines, and procedural requirements.
  • Support internal stakeholders through the dispute resolution process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date.
