Paralegal - Energy & Construction

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our leading Energy & Construction team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on complex, high-value, and often international matters across the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

You will play a key role in supporting fee earners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, gaining exposure to major projects and disputes across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the management of construction and engineering disputes, including arbitration, litigation, and adjudication
• Supporting transactional/project work, including drafting and reviewing documentation
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and advice notes
