Paralegal - Conveyancing

Overview

They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will assist attorneys in managing residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
• Conducting property searches and reviewing results.
• Liaising with clients, attorneys, estate agents, lenders, and other relevant parties.
• Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion formalities, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
