Key Responsibilities:
Draft and process End of Representation Letters and Motions to Withdraw.
Track and follow up on pending cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution.
Maintain and update internal workflows and systems to support team visibility (Legalboards).
Ensure organizational clarity around case status, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with legal team members to identify administrative needs and close gaps in processes.
