In this role, you will take ownership of litigation files and provide comprehensive support to attorneys through trial preparation, administrative coordination, and client communication. Key duties include: Case & Litigation Management: Draft discovery documents, assist in preparing key legal filings (petitions, motions, responses, notices), and manage the litigation docket. Filing & Deadlines: Handle electronic filing (e-filing) in both state and federal courts and diligently calendar all case deadlines.
