What You'll Be Doing

Banking & Financial Services Support

• Assist lawyers with commercial lending and secured financing transactions from opening to closing
• Prepare and review loan and security documentation, including general security agreements, guarantees, postponement agreements, assignments, and related transaction documents
• Conduct and analyze due diligence searches, including PPSA, corporate, bankruptcy, litigation, and other relevant searches
• Register, amend, renew, and discharge security interests through applicable registries
• Prepare financing statements, security registrations, and supporting transaction documentation
• Coordinate and track transaction conditions, closing requirements, and post-closing matters
• Prepare closing agendas, transaction checklists, and closing documentation packages
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical transaction records
