How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact
- Assist in corporate housekeeping (e.g. manage commercial registry changes, draft BoD and GA meeting minutes)
- Keep our corporate, grey market and contract data bases up to date
- Collect signatures for contracts and other legal documents. Draft powers of attorney and organize their notarization
- Train employees on contract management policies and oversight compliance in HQ and affiliates
- Help to organize legal and compliance trainings, track the attendance to such trainings, draft corresponding reminders and reports
- Coordinate various rollouts of HQ templates/processes in our worldwide affiliates
- Support in managing our Legal and IP budget, prepare the corresponding reporting
- Review and process invoices of external law firms and other service providers, prepare purchase orders and engagement letters
