Paralegal (1-Year Contract) – Global Asset Management Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and commercial agreements, including vendor, service, and confidentiality agreements
• Assist lawyers with contract lifecycle management, including tracking, filing, and maintaining legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to asset management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, risk, operations) on contract-related matters
