Job Summary
The Pantry & Dispatch Chef is responsible for the preparation and execution of cold appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and flatbread/pizza items, as well as the proper coordination, plating, and timely dispatch of all food orders. The role ensures food quality, accuracy, and service timing in coordination with the hot kitchen and service team, in accordance with Chef Laudico standards and Forest Hills Golf & Country Club requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Execution
- Prepare and execute cold appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and flatbread/pizza items according to approved recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste
- Maintain proper food temperatures and cold-chain handling at all times
- Assist in mise en place planning based on reservations, events, and service volume
