Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) according to standard procedures to ensure continuous and uninterrupted chilled water supply and smooth functioning of all equipment.
• Maintain and update operational records and ensure proper shift handover with clear information on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues to avoid miscommunication.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving any site or system issues when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or the company from time to time.
• Troubleshoot and investigate equipment or system failures by identifying the root cause, assessing repair options, and performing initial rectification when possible.
• Escalate complex issues and propose long-term solutions by submitting timely breakdown or incident reports as required.
