Job Description
The Panel-Line Supervisor under the direction of the General Manager, Modular and Fabrication, is responsible for executing a highly effective plant safety program, maintaining a dynamic team building environment, and achieving production and quality targets. Supervising the production team in fabricating wall, roof and floor panels.
Responsibilities: Quality & Results Accountability Maintain industry leading quality across all product lines. Ensure product quality is aligned and consistent across all production shifts. Accountable for achieving production targets and quality expectations - from the point of raw materials to manufactured products.
