This role focuses on full-cycle assembly and fabrication of electrical panels and enclosures for textile machinery, with a strong emphasis on custom, metric-based work and meticulous attention to detail. You will build, wire, and label panel boxes, harnesses, and junction boxes from scratch, mount components to machines, and support troubleshooting of electrical issues in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform full-cycle assembly of electrical panels and enclosures, starting from opening the packaged enclosure to handing off completed units to the shipping department.
+ Work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials to gather supplies, plan layout, and accurately install components on large metal plates of varying sizes.
+ Build and wire panel boxes, harnesses, and junction boxes from scratch, ensuring proper alignment, wire color matching, stripping, crimpin...
