NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead and evolve the people function based in Palma, Mallorca. This hands-on role involves partnering with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture and ensure an exceptional employee experience during a phase of growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources, especially in sustainable fuels or a similar sector, along with knowledge of Spanish labor laws. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
