The Palletizer Operator supports daily plant production by overseeing palletizing machinery and related equipment to safely produce high-quality aerosol cans. This role focuses on maintaining smooth line operations, clearing equipment jams, performing quality checks, and keeping the work area clean and organized while consistently following safety and standard operating procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate palletizer equipment, conveyor systems, wrappers, and banders to support continuous production of aerosol cans.
+ Work in a consistently safe manner and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
+ Identify and report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate shift leadership promptly.
