Palletizer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate Krones pelletizing equipment (e.g., Modulpal, Pressant) to handle packed beverages.
• Configure machine parameters for different product types and conduct trial tests.
• Perform regular quality checks on pallet integrity, stacking patterns, and shrink wrapping.
• Perform routine maintenance, clean machines, and troubleshoot mechanical issues, coordinating with the technical team to minimize downtime.
• Adhere strictly to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
• Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical technology.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in operating Krones or similar high-speed packing machinery in the beverage/bottling industry.
