This role focuses on preparing, painting, and finishing components using modern powder coating equipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The painter maintains the powder storage area, handles materials throughout the production process, and ensures that all painted parts meet visual and functional quality requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain the powder storage area in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
+ Move material from the temporary work-in-process holding area to the conveyor line work area.
+ Perform visual inspections on parts before painting to ensure all surfaces are clean and free from defects.
+ Select and attach appropriate-sized hanging rods to the moving conveyor based on line speed, color change requirements, and the quantity and size of parts.
