Location of work: Job requires onsite at various job sites within the lower mainland with a base at # Ave, Surrey BC V3S1R4.

Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $36.60/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:

• Determine the quantity of the material required.
• Make on-site preparation by erecting scaffolding and ladders, covering surfaces with cloth or masking tapes as necessary
• Prepare and clean painting surface area by sanding, scraping, removing old paint
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints with appropriate material
• Prepare paint and other material as per the desired color and texture
