Drive absolute compliance with corporate business conduct, HSES, and quality policies. Enforce rigorous NACE/AMPP Level 2 standards across all surface preparation and coating applications. Architect schedules, mentor crew leaders, and approve final quality inspections to eliminate coating failures.
