Painter/ Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers.

· Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials.

· Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and alignment with design standards.

· Perform touch-ups and maintenance painting in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces.

· Protect non-painted areas with drop cloths or masking tape during projects.

· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

· Inspect painted surfaces for defects and correct any imperfections.

· Collaborate with the maintenance team on renovation or remodeling projects.

· Ensure all painting work complies with safety regulations and hotel policies.

· Report any structural damage, mold, or water leaks discovered during painting tasks.
