• Maintenance of exterior and interior painting and decoration as necessary
• Repairing any damage to walls and filling in small cracks / holes
• Repairing damage to wallpaper and decorative finishes
• Respond to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements
• Ensuring that equipment and tools are kept in a clean and useable condition
• Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times
• Maintain a safe working area
• Use initiative to create solutions to problems
• Keep accurate and current records of materials received
• Ensure that painted areas are clearly marked and if appropriate cordoned off
• Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required
• Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs
• Respond to painting emergencies within the agreed time-frames
• Carry out, to the best of your ability, all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
