**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled industrial painter to join our team. This role primarily involves painting large sheets of shell plate using an airless spray gun to apply a three-coat system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prepping and masking products, calculating the millage of paint applied, and using an overhead crane to move spray racks in and out of paint and grit booths. Forklift operation to move parts around the shop is also required, along with basic blasting duties which comprise 10-20% of the job.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of industrial painting experience.
+ Proficiency in operating an airless spray gun.
+ Ability to calculate millage of paint applied.
+ Experience in prepping and masking products.
