+ Read blueprints and work instructions
+ Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
+ Follow all safety procedures, including respirator use
**Requirements:**
+ Industrial painting experience
+ Experience with spray guns and paint booths
+ Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
+ Comfortable wearing a respirator for extended periods
+ Aerospace or aviation painting experience is a plus
