As the Paint Process Engineer you will be responsible for ownership, control, and continuous improvement of paint processes at the Telford plant. Ensures stable, efficient, and capable production processes while supporting NPI and maintaining compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

You will act as the technical authority for paint operations and support cross-functional alignment across production, engineering, quality, and NPI teams.
