WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Support painting & chemical baths processes to ensure equipment is uptime, meet production goals and maintain high product quality
Prepare and maintains documentation (Standard Work, and Work Instructions) for new and existing equipment.
Find opportunities and lead projects to improve efficiency, decrease costs, improve quality, and achieve timely delivery to meet production requirements.
Lead new equipment financial justifications, installations, process modifications and improvements.
