Paint & Blast Traineeship

Based in Karratha, WA on a 2:1 roster, this exciting opportunity combines hands-on industry experience with formal training, allowing you to work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application to become a qualified Painter and Blaster.

Throughout the traineeship, you'll develop the skills and knowledge required to prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings to a range of assets, including structural steel, pipelines, mining equipment and marine infrastructure. These coatings help protect assets from corrosion, weather exposure and operational wear, extending asset life and supporting safe, reliable operations.
