Paid Social Growth Lead — Data-Driven Acquisition

Semrush is seeking a Channel Manager, Paid Social to lead and optimize our Paid Social efforts from Barcelona. You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue by crafting data-led strategies, targeting, and creative testing across Meta, LinkedIn, and more.

You will partner with the Digital Marketing team and other channels to ensure alignment with broader goals, manage large budgets, and leverage AI automation to scale workflows.
