Role : Performance Marketing Manager

What will you do ?
- Own and scale paid campaigns across Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Turn budgets into growth engines (ROAS is your love language)
- Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies for B2C audiences
- Build, test, analyze, optimize, then repeat (because iteration = domination)
- Translate data into strategic decisions - not just reports
- Partner with creative, content, and product teams to make ads people actually want to click
What we are looking for ?
- Proven experience running high-performing online ad campaigns (Instagram expertise is a must)
- Strong understanding of B2C consumer behavior and funnels
- Analytical horsepower -you don’t just read dashboards, you challenge them
