Paid Ads Expert - Google/Meta

We’re hiring a motivated, data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who thrives on execution, testing, and iteration.

You’ll work hands-on across paid channels to drive customer acquisition and growth , with clear ownership of campaign hygiene, optimization, and performance reporting.

What you'll do:

• Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as applicable), Meta Ads , and other paid channels (affiliate/partners if relevant).
• Own day-to-day campaign operations : budgets, bidding, targeting, creative rotations, keyword/search term hygiene, placements, and exclusions.
• Run ongoing experimentation (A/B tests) across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnel steps to improve CVR and CAC.
